Title: Application Value of Multiple Sequence Magnetic Resonance Imaging in the Diagnosis of Multiple Lacunar Infarction
Abstract: Objective:To study magnetic resonance T1WI,T2WI,T2FLAIR and DWI multiple sequence scan in the diagnosis of lacunar infarction. Methods:Complete clinical data were retrospectively analyzed in the 145 cases of multiple lacunar infarction and 363 lesions of the MRI performance by a chief physician and an attending doctor who were deputy director of film-reading and reached a common consensus and comparison with clinical staging. Results:In super-acute phase of 43 detection rate of DWI lesions 100%;T2WI + T2FLAIR detected in 7,and the detection rate of 16%;between the two was statistically significant(P0.05).Acute and early subacute 168 lesions: DWI,T2WI+T1WI,T2FLAIR detection rate of each sequence was 100%;sub-acute late 54 lesions: T2WI,T2FLAIR detection rate was 100%,DWI detected 8,the detection rate was 15%;malacia 98: T2WI + T1WI,T2FLAIR detection rate of each sequence was 100%;T2FLAIR had a characteristic signal around the ring slightly. Conclusion:Application of multiple sequence MRI scans for lacunar infarction can accurately judge the new and old lesions and new lesions in staging and guide clinical treatment.
