Title: The clinical analysis of cervical cancer screening by liquid-based cytology
Abstract: Objective:To evaluate the accuracy of liquid-based thin-layer cytology for cervical cancer screening in clinic and discuss the tendency of younger cervical cancer patient.Methods:Thin-layer cytology test(TCT) and the bethesda system(TBS) were used to examine 18340 women cervical-cell samples coming from the clinic.Women with abnormal results received colposcopic examinations and multiple biopsies.Results:The coincidences of TCT to biopsy were high:LSIL 29/54(53.70%),HSIL 22/25(88.00%),SCC 1/1(100.00%) and accuracy 195/271(71.96%).Conclusion:TCT is propitious to screen cervical disease and is an efficacious screening technique of cervical cancer. Young women should be adverted particularly in clinic screening.
