Title: Studies on the Decomposition and Its Effect of Ganxiankang-A in Mice with Hepatic Fibrosis
Abstract: Objective: To select best proportion herbs in the Ganxiankang-A by even-designed method.Method: Eighty-four mice were divided into 7 groups randomly according to the even-designed method and the animal model of hepatic fibrosis was induced by carbon tetrachloride(CCl 4). The best proportion was determined by the levels of Alanine aminotransferase(ALT) and Aspartate aminotransferase(AST) in serum and Hydroxyproline(Hyp) in liver tissue. Result:The best proportion of Ganxiankang-A is Ganxiankang-F(907524).Conclusion: Compared with Ganxiankang-A,Ganxiankang-F treated hepatic fibrosis more effectively in decreasing the levels of HYP in liver tissue and ALT in seum. the Ganxiankang-F were optimized.
