Title: Integration Technology on Purification of Gardenia Yellow of High Color Value with Macroporous Adsorption Resin and Extraction of Organic Solvent
Abstract: The extraction and purification of Gardenia Yellow from Gardenia jasminoides Ellis by coupling with macroporous adsorption resin and extraction of organic solvent technology were studied in this paper.Gardenia Yellow of high color value was yielded.Regarding 306 macroporous adsorption resin as the research object,the experiments on static adsorption rate of the resin,the flow rate on absorption,concentration of desorption on the behavior of the resin adsorption were investigated and the optimum parameters were obtained as follows:2.0 mL/min as the flow rate on absorption,75% ethanol as the desorption.Under the conditions,the color value was 338 and OD value was 0.31.The product was purified by ethyl acetate following,and the optimal parameters of extraction were:dosage of extraction 11∶1 and extraction time 75 min for 3 times,the extraction yield was 95.1%.Under the conditions,the color value and OD value was 402 and 0.192,respectively.
