Title: Managing the Process of Teachers' Performance Evaluation
Abstract: In all efforts to implement effective management in schools, teacher performance evaluation is a crisis issue for its relevance to teachers' interests. Although the crisis of teachers' performance evaluation arises from its conflict with organization culture in education, we can not ignore that improper process in implementing teachers' evaluation can plea to some of the crisis. In this paper, the management process of teachers' evaluation will be checked step by step and the appropriate framework in managing the process will be given.
