Title: R&D of Integrated Power Generation System with Dual Waste Heat
Abstract: By analyzing the distribution law of waste heat from both sintering and cooling machine, and the principle of collaborative heat recovery of the dual waste heat,an experimental study has been carried out on the vertical countercurrent cooler, the exhaust-gas dual-source HRSG,the three-inlet HRSG and the integrated dual waste heat power generation system.Besides,on the basis of the parameters of the No.2 sintering waste heat recovery system of Baosteel, thermal economic analysis and comparison were conducted between the two schemes of newly developed integrated power generation system and the original waste heat recovery scheme, under the condition that the heat carried by flue gas of the sintering machine and exhaust gas of the cooler keeps unchanged. Results show that the efficiency in the two schemes of the newly developed system can respectively reach 73.4% and 69%,while the generating net power respectively reaches 16.3 MW and 15.4 MW.The achievements may serve as a reference for research and development of the technology and equipment for high efficient recovery of mid/low-grade waste heat.
