Title: Research on Waste Heat Cascade Power Generation Technology of Sintering Helical Cooler
Abstract: Waste heat power generation technology is the best scientific conversion program of industry waste heat as well as energy-saving and emission reduction manner.Depends on sinter sensible heat recovery technology,field synergy theory and the way of stage recovery and cascade utilization,the dual-helical cooler,multi-channel heat recovery steam generator(HRSG) and advanced cascade power generation technology system of sintering helical cooler were developed.Based on design parameters of sintering waste heat recovery system in Tangsteel,the thermal economical performance was contacted and analyzed between new processes and original processes in Tangsteel.The calculations indicate that the recovery rate of waste heat resources of sintering helical cooler cascade power generation advanced program reaches 82.06%,and waste heat boiler efficiency reaches 56.5%,power generation per ton sinter reaches 27.3 kW h under the case II,which is 22.06 percentage points,2.8 percentage points and 5.6 kW h higher compared with the original program.The result shows that the key point to improve sinter sensible heat efficient recovery efficiency is mainly due to advanced heat transfer equipment and scientific system configuration.The conclusions will supply schemes and methods for the RD of equipment and technology to recover low grade waste heat efficiently.
