Abstract: The effects of combining application of organic and inorganic fertilizers on the yield, the nutritional and security quality as well as the heavy metal content of chinese cabbage were studied. The results showed that under the same conditions, the application of organic-inorganic mixed fertilizers increased the chinese cabbage quality and yield. And the combined rate of organic and inorganic fertilizer mass fraction was 4 ∶ 6 to get the optimum effect in the general. The nitrate content of chinese cabbage significantly increased with the ratio of inorganic fertilizer increasing. The relevance of chinese cabbage nitrate with different treatments was not significant.Different fertilization treatments had little effect on Cu,Zn and Cd.Pb content in cucumber with fertilizer treatment was significantly lower than non-fertilizer treatments, organic fertilizer and inorganic fertilizer were reduced by 24.3% and 16.2% respectively. The As and Hg content by the application of organic fertilizer increased by 26.4% and 21.1% than non-fertilizer treatments.Chinese cabbage Cr,As and Hg content increased 19.0%,16.2% and 174.3%.With the increase of inorganic fertilizer, the Hg content showed an increasing trend.
