Abstract:Objective: To investigate of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) with diabetes mellitus and lung function characteristics of blood gas analysis and analysis of its clinical significance.Method...Objective: To investigate of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) with diabetes mellitus and lung function characteristics of blood gas analysis and analysis of its clinical significance.Methods: Fifty-three cases of COPD patients as research subjects,and whether or not COPD combined with diabetes mellitus were divided into 26 cases of diabetic group,27 cases of pure COPD group,and through the lung function test and blood gas analysis,testing lung capacity(VC),forced vital capacity(FVC),1-second forced expiratory volume(FEV_1),FEV_1/forced vital capacity(FVC),forced expiratory flow rate of the medium-term PEF(25%-75%),lung carbon monoxide diffusion(DLCO) and lung carbon monoxide diffusing capacity were expected to account for the value of measured values percentage(DLCO / PRED) indicators such as lung function and PaO_2,PaCO_2 indicators such as blood gas and inter-group analysis was done.Results: The indicators of pulmonary function VC,FVC,FEV_1,PEF(25%-75%) and diffusing capacity indicators DLCO,DLCO/PRE and PaO_2was significantly lower than COPD group alone.Conclusion: Lung ventilation function and diffusing capacity of diabetes patients with COPD will be further damaged.Read More
