Abstract: Objective To study the CT diagnostic value of adrenal tumor. Methods The CT signs of 33 patients with adrenal tumor were analyzed retrospectively. Results Among the thirty-three cases, eleven cases were adenoma,in which the mass of aldosterone-producing adenoma was smaller, the density was lower. The mass of cortisol adenoma was bigger, middling density.Twelve cases were pheochromocytoma, the mass of pheochromocytoma was all bigger with uneven density.Myelolipoma(two cases) was rich in adipose tissue, low density.Adrenocortical cancer(four cases) was miscellaneous density,it had neighbouring tissue metastasis.Adrenocortical metastatic carcinoma(four cases) was not absolutely differential in CT representations.Detectivity of adrenal tumor was 100%,the qualitative diagnose accordance rate was 84.85%.Conclusion The detecting rate of CT for adrenal tumor is high,so it has important reference value in qualitative diagnosis and differential diagnosis.
