Title: Protective Role of Shengmai Injection on Reperfusion Injury of Myocardial Ischemia in Rabbits
Abstract: Objective:To discuss the protective effect of Shengmai Injection on myocardium of rabbits with ischemia reperfusion injury. Methods:Thirty healthy rabbits were divided into 3 groups, including non-ischemia group(I group),ischemia reperfusion group(Ⅱ group),and ischemia reperfusion with SMI treatment group(Ⅲ group)(n=10).The content of blood serum myocardial enzyme(including Creatinine phosphokinase CPK、CK-MB、Assay the activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD) and the contentration of malondialdehyde(MDA).Observe the rabbit 's ultrastructure of myocardium was detectded at the same time.Compare the different between the three groups. Results: As compared with Ⅱ group, the concent of blood serum myocardial enzyme and the contentration of MDA were decreased and the activity SOD were increased in Ⅲ group. The ultrastructure of myocardium of ischemia reperfusion injury in Ⅲ group was improved. Conclusion: SMI can enhance the activity of SOD and get rid of OFR.SMI can decrease the release of myocardial enzyme and improve the ultrastructure of the myocardium of ischemia reperfusion injury.
