Title: Prediction of early lesions in coronary artery by detecting carotid elasticity quantitatively in patients with coronary heart disease through E-tracking technology
Abstract: Objective To predict early lesions in coronary artery by detecting carotid elasticity quantitatively with E-tracking technology. Methods The bilateral common carotid artery elasticity index, hardness index(β),pressure strain elastic modulus(Ep) compliance(AC),increase the index(AI) and pulse wave velocity(PWVβ) in 40 patients with coronary heart disease,31 patients with coronary heart disease and high-risk factors and 48 cases of healthy control were detected by E-tracking.Coronary spasm provocation test was performed in 40 cases with CHD group, including 19 cases of spasm and 21 cases of non-spasm.The carotid artery elasticity index was detected by the E-Tracking technology. Results The β,Ep,PWVβ and AI of carotid artery in coronary heart disease group and coronary heart disease risk group were significantly higher than the control group(P0.05).The β,Ep,PWVβ and AI of carotid artery in spasm group were higher compared with the non-spasm group(P0.05).Conclusion E-tracking provides a fast, noninvasive, quantitative method for the evaluation of coronary artery early hardening trend in patients with coronary heart disease.
