Title: Catalytic synthesis of isopropyl chloroacetate by modified solid super acid
Abstract: Isopropyl chloroacetate was catalytic synthesized by modified solid super acid SO 4 2- /TiO 2- NiO using chloroacetic acid and isopropanol. The effects on the reaction were discussed, and the optimal reaction conditions were also obtained, concentration of H 2SO 4 1.0 mol/L,calcination temperature 400 ℃, the optimum mole ratio of Ti/Ni was 3/1;acid/alcohol was 1/3;reaction time 5 h, catalyst 3.8% of acid mass and the yield of ester reached 84.8%.
