Title: Sustainable utilization management model for groundwater resources
Abstract: The responding matrix method is applied to establish the sustainable utilization management model for groundwater resources.In the model the groundwater level is adopted as the constraint condition and the optimal utilized groundwater quantity is set as the objective function.The model is applied to calculate the optimal utilization quantity and optimal sustainable utilization scheme of a district located at the south of Tai Mountain,Shandong Province.The calculation result shows that for realizing the sustainable utilization of water resources in the investigated district the rate of draft for groundwater must be controlled and the distribution of draft location should be adjusted.At the same time,the quantity of surface water and groundwater to be used must be reasonably reallocated and the water assumption of various sectors must be optimized.
