Title: Effect of probiotics on feeding intolerance of premature infant
Abstract: Objective: To explore the effect of probiotics on feeding intolerance of premature infants.Methods: A total of 52 cases with feeding intolerance were randomly divided into observation group and control group by half.All infants were given erythromycin 5 mg/kg,once a day,while infants in observation group was treated by combined live Bacillus subtilis and Enterococcus Faecium granules with Multivitamines,1/2 bottle,twice a day.Results: In observation group,the efficacy was significantly higher,the time of treatment course,the duration from the starting day of treatment to the day when GRV was no more than 10%,and the duration when the calorie was 100 Kcal(kg/d) were shortened,weight was increased and time for total phototherapy was reduced(AllP0.05).Conclusions: Probiotics is effective on feeding intolerance of premature infants without obvious side effect.
