Title: Clinical Value of Small Dose of Erythromycin Combined with Probiotics in Treatment of Feeding Intolerance in Preterm Infants
Abstract: Objective To analyze the clinical effect of combination of small dose of erythromycin and probiotics in treatment of feeding intolerance in preterm infants.Methods 102 cases of premature infants with feeding intolerance From 2013 August to2014 December in our hospital,were randomly divided into control group(treated by micro ecological preparation)and study group(with small dose of erythromycin + probiotics treatment),51 cases in each group.Treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results In the study group of premature infants with a total effective rate of 90.33%(47/51),the control group was 67.31%(35/51),study on effect of premature infants were higher than that of control group(P 0.05);the two group of premature infants were no adverse reaction,good safety.Conclusion Combination of small dose of erythromycin and probiotics in treatment of feeding intolerance in preterm infants has remarkable effect and good safety,so it is worthy of promotion.
