Title: Approximate scaling method of stiffened plate subjected to underwater explosion blast
Abstract: The dynamic response scaling law between a model and aprototype stiffened plate subjected to underwater explosion blast is presented when both liquid-solid coupling and strain rate effect is considered.By this method,a correct model is presented between model and prototype stiffened plate in order to predict the permanent displacement of prototype stiffened plate.Finally,a scaling experiment method is brought forward to predict dynamic reponse of ship local structure subjected to underwater explosion blast.
