Title: Application of antibacterial in perioperation for obstetrics and gynecology
Abstract: Objective: To study on the circumstance of antibacterial used in perioperation for obstetrics and gynecology,so as to evaluate its reasonableness and to get a further guidance for rational drug use.Methods:We retrospectively analyzed 160 patients with cesarean section and hysteromyoma from January 2008 to July 2008 of our hospita1.Results:All patients received the antibacterial,among of them,80% cases received two kinds of antibacterial;37.5% cases were given antibacterial during 2 hours before operation,and the time of postoperative antibiotic treatment was more than 4d.Cephalosporin was the most frequently used.Conclusions: Antibacterial usage during perioperative period existed some problems: high starting point for drug varieties,Improper medication time,the use of excessively long hours;should standardized administration needs to be strengthened.
