Title: Expression of Ang2,HIF-1α and VEGF in hepatocellular carcinoma and its clinical significance
Abstract: Objective To investigate the expression of angiopoietin2(Ang2),hypoxia inducible factor-1α(HIF-1α)and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)in hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)and the clinical significance. Methods The expression of Ang2,HIF-1α and VEGF in 52 cases of HCC was detected by immunohistochemistry staining.Relationship between Ang2,HIF-1α and VEGF and clinicopathological features was also studied so as to evaluate their clinical significance. Results In HCC,the expression of Ang2,HIF-1α and VEGF was all associated to clinicopathological parameters of HCC(P0.05),but not to histological grades, cirrhosis and liver function grades(P0.05).Conclusion The expression of Ang2,HIF-1α and VEGF may play a role in occurrence, progression and intrahepatic matastasis of HCC.
