Title: Investigation of Patient Satisfaction on Community Health Services in Shiyan
Abstract: Objectives To explore patient satisfaction on community health services so as to promote the development of community health services.Methods Patient questionnaire survey was conducted among 200 residents in 2 community health centers and 2 stations in Shiyan by using typical investigation method. Results Overall patient satisfaction rate on community health services was 90%. The satisfaction rate of health professionals' attitude was 98%,while the lowest rate was medical equipment and health education,only 84.5%,68.5% respectively.Conclusions Medical equipment and health education could be key determinants of patient satisfaction.
