Title: Comparative analysis of endoscope and pathology in colorectal adenocarcinoma
Abstract: Objective To discuss the diagnostic significance of the clinical,pathlological features and endoscopy in colorectal adenocarcinoma.MethodsAll 182 clinical cases diagnosed by endoscopy were analyzed retrospectively.Endoscopic signs and pathological basis were analyzed.ResultsPathological diagnosis showed 118 cases of adenocarcinoma,20 cases of mucinous adenocarcinoma,15 cases of signet-ring cell carcinoma,17 cases of squamous cell carcinoma,6 cases of carcinoid tumors and 4 cases of polyps.Endoscopic diagnosis rate of colorectal adenocarcinoma was 100%.The sensitivity of the main signs of microscopic cancer for pathological diagnosis was 86.8%.ConclusionThe typical signs of adenocarcinoma under endoscope have high sensitivity for colorectal adenocarcinoma.
