Title: ON POWER CORRUPTION AND ITS MORAL ADMINISTRATION
Abstract: Power corruption is a kind of behavior by means of which one fishes for benefits through improper application of public power, i. e. the abuse of public power for the private purpose. At present power corruption is getting worse in the course of social transformation, the manifestation of which is as follows: gain private benefits with one's own power; do a deal with power and money; degenerate and become decadent, which spoils the general mood of society and threats the social stability. Whether we are able to recognize the cause of power corruption or not is of vital importance to wiping out power corruption. The authors point out that to contain power corruption effectively , we must enforce the administration of power morality and improve administrators' professional morality conditions fundamentally.
