Abstract: On the basis of the mean monthly air temperature and sunshine duration collected from 97 stations during period 1961-2005, the temporal and spatial distributions of mean air temperature and sunshine duration in Shaanxi province are analyzed. Long-term trends for air temperature and sunshine duration are detected using Mann-Kendall test.
