Title: Study on the Inflammatory Reaction in Traumatic Deep Vein Thrombosis of Rats and the Interventional Mechanism of XiaoZhongZhiTong decoction
Abstract: Objective To study the effect of XiaoZhongZhiTong decoction on regulating inflammatory cytokines levels and preventing traumatic deep venous thrombosis of rats.Methods 80 SPF rats were randomly and evenly divided into four groups: normal,blank,western medicine and chinese herb medicine.Rats in N-group did not received any intervention,while the others were established TDVT models by the means ofbeating on the bilateral thigh quantitative and plaster fixation.Rats in B-group did not received any medicine,rats in C-group were intragastric administrated withXiaoZhongZhiTong,rats in W-group were injected with low molecular weight heparin.The preventive effect and the change of inflammatory cytokines levels were compared in the different groups.Results ①Comparison of inflammatory cytokines levels: All rats' inflammatory cytokines levels increased significantly the day after model establishment(P 0.05).The increased inflammatory cytokines levels of the W-group and C-group decreased remarkably after treatment(P 0.05),while those of the B-group hardly reduced(P 0.05),with significant difference between the 3 groups(P 0.05.②Comparison of TDVT incidence rates: There was statistical difference among the 3 groups at 7th day after model establishment(P ﹤ 0.05).Conclusion Inflammatory cytokines levels are correlated with TDVT incidence rate of rats.XiaoZhongZhiTong decoction is effective on decreasing these inflammatory cytokines levels and preventing TDVT after trauma.
