Title: Major-gene plus Polygene Heritability Model Analysis of Main Plant-type Parameters on Tomato
Abstract: Taken spreading-leaf tomato stains(173) and up-rush-leaf truss tomato stains(101) as parents,six generation materials(P1,P2,F1,B1,B2 and F2) were gained.The major gene and minor gene mixed inheritance model was used.The leaf angle and leaf reclinate value's heredity property were analyzed.The results showed that one additive major gene plus additive-dominance polygene inheritance model controlled the leaf angle inheritance of the combination,which was according to model D2.The additive effect of one major gene was 8.45,and behaving synergism effect.Heritability ratios of major gene were 48.85%,29.7% and 55.99% in B1,B2 and F2 respectively.The additive effect of polygene was-3.12,the dominance of polygene was-0.94,all behaving insynergisim effect.The heritability ratios of polygene were from 5% to 30.6% in B1,B2 and F2 respectively.The leaf reclinate value was controlled by additive-dominance-epitasis polygene,according with model C.The heritability ratios of polygene were 57.6%,43.39% and 72.19% respectively.The leaf angle and leaf reclinate value were all belong to quantitative trait,and heritability ratio were in the middle.
