On account of fact that objective law should never be violated (otherwise there will be punishment), every man-made law must be in full accordance with Tao, or it is to be revised someday. The theory of relationship between Tao and law, i.e., Taoist Theory of Law, is a Chinese way to express K. Marx's such idea as the law-makers are not making law, rather, just trying to discover and retell it in legal terms.
