Title: The Correlation of Serum Markers and the Abnormalities and Poor Pregnancy Outcomes of Women in Early Pregnancy
Abstract: Objective To analyze the correlation of serum markers(serum PAPP-A levels, etc.) and the abnormalities and poor pregnancy outcomes of women in early pregnancy. Methods Retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of the 180 cases of pregnant woman whose maternity gestational age was less than 13 weeks and had been admitted to our hospital from July 2010 to July 2012.Results The MOM values of the freeβ-HCG(free human chorionic gonadotropin) and PAPP-A(plasma protein A) levels in the maternal serum, compared to the control group, the observation group patients’were significantly lower, the difference was statistically significant(P 0.05).Conclusions If the early pregnancy women’s serum freeβ-HCG and PAPP-Alevels are abnormal, then it can cause spontaneous abortion, such as fetal malformations, embryo stopped, adverse pregnancy outcomes and so on,it is worth the extra attention in the clinical.
