Abstract:A new type of anti-resonance vibration isolation vibration machinery,namely a single-mass anti-resonance vibration isolation vibrator,has been proposed by applying the dynamic anti-resonance principle...A new type of anti-resonance vibration isolation vibration machinery,namely a single-mass anti-resonance vibration isolation vibrator,has been proposed by applying the dynamic anti-resonance principle DAVI(dynamic anti-vibration isolator) into a vibration machine.Based on the Lagrange equation,a dynamic model of this vibration machinery was established,along with deduction of the transmissibility expression.The effect of a counterweight on amplitude of the vibration machine was analyzed,and research was conducted on the calculation method for selecting dynamic parameters of the vibration machine.The isolation effect was verified by computer simulation and modeling experiments,and is superior to one-stage vibration isolation while approaching that of two-stage vibration isolation.The amplitude devalue can be almost ignored by selecting dynamic parameters,and amplitude devalue can also be compensated by adding properly vibration.Read More
