Abstract:A new nonlinear low-frequency passive vibration isolator was designed,it consists of three spring laminas with special shapes and distributed symmetrically.It could bear higher static loads and have l...A new nonlinear low-frequency passive vibration isolator was designed,it consists of three spring laminas with special shapes and distributed symmetrically.It could bear higher static loads and have lower dynamic stiffness,and could reduce obviously the vibration isolation frequency range of the system.Its nonlinear dynamic behavior was studied with a one-dimensional model of elastic elements and was tested.A 2-DOF vibration isolation platform was built and with it the vibration isolation behaviors of the system were studied.The results showed that the new isolator has a good effect of vibration isolation.Read More
