Title: The Clinical Observation of Compound Glycyrrhizin Injection Combined with Mizolastine in Treatment of Chronic Urticaria
Abstract: Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of Compound Glycyrrhizin Injection combined with Mizolastine in treatment of chronic urticaria. Methods 140 patients with chronic urticaria were randomly divided into observation group and the control group,92 cases of the observation group were given Compound Glycyrrhizin Injection and Mizolastine combined treatment, the control group only received a single Mizolastine treatment.Clinical efficacy and adverse effects before and after treatment were observed. Results Total symptom scores of both groups after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment with significant differences(P0.01);the total symptom scores of the observation group after treatment was significantly lower than that of the control group, which was significantly different(P0.05).4 weeks after treatment, the effective rate of the observation group was 86.96%,significantly higher than the 60.42% of the control group, and the difference was significant(χ2= 7.139,P0.05);the two groups' adverse reactions were mild, and the withdrawal was self-limiting,and there was no significant difference among the two groups(χ2= 0.872,P0.05).Conclusion To chronic urticaria, the Compound Glycyrrhizin Injection combined with Mizolastine is effective, with a higher efficacy rate and a lower rate of adverse reaction.
