Title: Comparative Analysis of Clinical Efficacy of Different Surgical Treatment for Severe Craniocerebral Trauma
Abstract: Objective The clinical effect of treating patients with severe traumatic brain injury patients with different surgical methods. Methods In our hospital in May 2013 and May 2015,116 cases of severe craniocerebral trauma patients,according to the different treatment methods will be divided into two groups. Group 1 58 patients implementation of standard large trauma craniotomy treatment,two groups of 58 cases of patients with the use of modified standard large bone flap craniotomy treatment,compared two groups of patients and prognosis of postoperative complications arise. Results Through carries on the comparison of two groups of patients,group 2 patients with a long-term survival rate was 82.76%,group 1 was 62.07%,the difference between the two groups were significant and had significant difference(P 0.05),group 2 patients in the postoperative rebleeding,intracranial infection,incisional hernia occurs and epilepsy occur rate significantly lower than 1 group,the difference between the two groups were significant and had significant difference(P 0.05). Conclusion Patients with severe traumatic brain injury using modified standard large bone flap craniotomy in treatment can effectively improve the patients survival rate,can effectively reduce the patient mortality,and avoid the postoperative complications.
