The results showed that the order of amount of nitrate in spinach was: U U + DM U + PM U + DCD; and the order of nitrite content in spinach was: UU+DMU + DCD U + PM. Optimally combined application of urea with organic materials improved the NR activity . The order of NR activity was: U + DM U + PM U + DCD U. Suitable potassium improved NR activity and decreased the nitrate and nitrite accumulation in spinach significantly. Especially there were significant decrease in NR activity from 12 days to 18 days after application of fertilizers.Read More
