Abstract:【Objective】The objective of this study was to detect the genetic diversity of L.japonica from three authentic regions and to provide the theoretical basis for development and utilization of germplasm ...【Objective】The objective of this study was to detect the genetic diversity of L.japonica from three authentic regions and to provide the theoretical basis for development and utilization of germplasm resources.【Method】Intersimple sequence repeat(ISSR)was used to analyze genetic polymorphism,similarity and cluster map of 27honeysuckle germplasm resources.【Results】344 bands were obtained from 16selected primers.The percentage of polymorphic bands was 88.4%. The genetic similarity varied from 0.50to 0.90.27varieties were divided into 2groups by cluster analysis.【Conclusion】ISSR markers can be applied for genetic diversity of L.japonica.There were obvious genetic differences among regions and plant sources.Read More
