Title: Clinical effect of periocline in periapical periodontitis of primary molar
Abstract: Objective:To observe the clinic effect of periocline in periapical periodontitis of primary molars.Methods:Two hundred and fifty-four periapical periodontitis patients,with two hundred and sixty teeth were evenly divided into two groups.The root canal disinfectant in the experimental group was periocline and in the control group were formaldehyde and cresol(FC).The efficacy of the two groups were evaluated.Results:The effective rate of the experimental group was 86.15%.The effective rate of the control group was 64.62%.The effect of group periocline was significantly better than that of group FC(P0.05).Conclusion:Periocline can be used as a root canal disinfectant in periapical periodontitis of primary molars.
