Title: Observing the Effection of the Small Bone Window Craniotomy and Large Trauma Craniotomy in the Treatment of Hypertensive Intracerebral Hemorrhage
Abstract: Objective Explore the clinical efficacy of the large trauma craniotomy with small bone window craniotomy for treatment of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage. Methods Admitted to our hospital from January 2009 to May 2012 hypertensive brain out of 45 cases of patients 90 cases were randomly divided into experimental group and control group 45 cases, the experimental group small window of skull to remove the hematoma, the large bone of the control group were flap craniotomy to remove the hematoma.Efficient observation and comparison of the experimental group and control group patient mortality, the incidence of postoperative complications and surgical. Results Experimental group died after surgery is 2.2%,the incidence of complications was 13.3%,significantly less than 8.9% and 31.1% of the control group(P0.05),surgery of the experimental group, the total efficiency is 95.6%,significantly higher than62.2% of the control group(P0.05),the clinical efficacy of the experimental group was significantly better than the control group(P0.05).Conclusions Small bone window craniotomy for hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage compared to the advantages of large trauma craniotomy mortality, low incidence of postoperative complications, and trauma,it is worth in the clinical application.
