Title: Analysis the efficacy and safety of small bone window craniotomy for treatment hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage
Abstract: Objective To analyze the efficacy and safety of small bone window craniotomy for treatmenthypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. Methods 96 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage treated in our hospital from May2011 to July 2013 were selected and simply randomly divided into the study group and the control group,the control group patients were treated with large trauma craniotomy,the study group patients were treated with small bone window craniotomy.The time of operation and hospital stays,rehaemorrhagia and the hematoma clearance rate,postoperative complications,ADL grading situation after six months of Two groups were recorded and compared. Results The hematoma clearance rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group,but the time of operation,hospital stays,rehaemorrhagia and postoperative complications were significantly lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).The postoperative recovery rate in study group was 85.4%,the control group was 60.4%,the difference was statistically significant of the two groups(P0.05). Conclusion The curative effect of small bone window craniotomy for hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage is safe and reliable,it is worthy of application in clinic.
