Title: Analysis on related factors of pregnancy loss after in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer
Abstract: Objective:To analyze the effect factors of pregnancy loss and clinical abortion after in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer (IVF-ET) synthetically. Methods:The data of 327 pregnant cases after IVF-ET from 2006 to 2008 wre collected, then the cases were divided into group A,group B and group C,the potential effect factors were analyzed retrospectively, and the differences in the course of IVF-ET among related factors of the three groups were compared. Results:There was significant difference in age, endometrial thickness on the day of ovum pick-up (OPU),serum concentration of estradiol on the day of human chorionic gonadotropin (HCG) and ovulation failure rate among the three groups (P0.05).There was a negative correlation between age and success rate of pregnancy, and there was a positive correlation between endometrial thickness on the day of OPU,serum concentration of estradiol on the day of HCG and success rate of pregnancy. Conclusion:The main effect factors of pregnancy outcomes include age, endometrial thickness on the day of OPU and serum concentration of estradiol on the day of HCG,ovulation failure is a related factor of adverse pregnancy outcomes after IVF-ET.
