Title: A Schema Interpretation of the Teaching Strategies in Reading
Abstract: To improve students' reading ability is an important task in English teaching. According to Schema Theory, reading ability depends as much as on the readers' three schemata: language schema, content schema and form schema which interact with and shape the information of the text at all levels of analysis. This paper introduces the applications of schema theory in teaching of reading process.
