Title: On Effect Improvement of Quantization Assessment of Teachers' Scientific Research Work in Newly-established Universities
Abstract: This paper,based on the survey of the quantization assessment for the teachers' scientific research work in Longyan University,has analyzed the existing problems in the assessment and put forward that the actual effects of the quantization assessment for the teachers' scientific research work in the newly-established universities would be improved by clarifying the purposes,rationalizing the relations,creating the conditions and conducting some diversifying assessments.
