Title: EVALUATION OF CURATIVE EFFECT OF PERFUSION EMBOLISM TREATMENT IN 30 CASES OF PRIMARY LIVER CANCER
Abstract: [Objective]To evaluate the curative effect of perfusion embolism treatment in primary liver cancer.[Methods]60 cases of primary liver cancer were divided into the observation group and control group.The control group was given transcatheter arterial chemoembolization(TACE);The observer group was given portal vein infusion chemotherapy(PVC)plus TACE.[Results]Total efficiency in the observation group was 56.67% better than the control group of 30.00%,significantly different(P﹤0.05).1-year survival rate in the observation group was 66.67% higher than the control group of 40.00%,significantly different(P﹤0.05).[Conclusion]PVC jointed TACE treatment in primary liver cancer has good efficacy.
