Title: Clinical analysis of unusual changes of irregular myocardium repolarization after ventricular premature beats and their clinical significance
Abstract: Objective To explore clinical significance and its causes of myocardium repolarization. Methods 250 cases of unusual changes of myocardium repolarization after ventricular premature beats were analyzed. Results Among 80 patients with irregular myocardium repolarization, there were 70 cardiovascular disease (39 suffered from coronary artery disease), while of 170 patients without irregular myocardium repolarization, 58 were cardiovascular disease (18 suffered from coronary artery disease) (P0.01).Deepening of inverted T wave and ST segment and/or irregular U wave were more frequent after premature beat in the coronary disease patients than other type of diseases (P0.05). Conclusion Irregular myocardium repolarization after premature beat are mainly seen among patients with cardiovascular diseases, indicating it can be serve as a precursor of organic premature beat, differentiating from a functional one, therefore it is beneficial to diagnosis of coronary disease.
