Title: Electrocardiogram Characteristics of Coronary Angiography and Coronary Artery Lesion in Female Patients with Coronary Heart Disease
Abstract: Objective To observe the ECG and coronary arteriongraphy(CAG) in female patients with coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods The ECG and the results of CAG from 88 female and 135 male patients with known CHD were comparatively analyzed. Results The incidence of ECG in female was 75.0%.while in male was 54.1%.T wave change in female(45.5%)was significant higher than in male(31.9%).females had lower incidence of CAG than male patients(54.5%VS68.9%,P0.05).Single vessel lesion appears more in female group than three,double-vessel lesion.left anterior descending(LAD)is the first struck blood vessel, followed by the left-roundabout,right winner, left main. Conclusion Females had higher incidence of ECG while lower incidence of CAG.The number of coronary lesions in fe-male less than in male and severe stenosis was significantly lower than in male(P0.05).CAG in the diagnosis of CHD for female has impor-tant value, hut also may cause lose diagnosis.
