Title: Study on optimum process of the water-solubleabstraction of a water-soluble polysaccharide from fruits of lycium barbarus andanti-oxidative activity
Abstract: A water-soluble polysaccharide from fruit of lycium barbarum(LBP) is extracted with the colding, decolorized and degreased circumfluently with petroleum aether∶acetone(1∶1,v/v), the protein including polysaccharide was removed by sevage method. The optimum extraction conditions were obtained by orthogonal test, The part of LBP separated by DEAE-Cellulose column was purified by sephadex G-200 column with distilled water as eluent and at last the pure production of LBP was gained. Anti-oxidative activity about LBP is validated by the experiment of the one, and with the increasing of the polysaccharide′s con- centrations, the activity increased.
