Title: The analyse of tubal infertility and infections of Ureaplasma Urealyticum and Chlamydia trachomatis
Abstract: Objective The aim of this study was to explore the effect of Ureaplasma Urealyticum(UU) and Chlamydia trachomatis(Ct) infections on tubal infertility. Methods 300 infertility women were examined by leucorrhea,UU,Ct and hysterosalpingography(HSG),including 150 primary infertility group and 150 secondary infertility group. Results In the primary infertility group:Ct?UU and Ct+UU positive rate was 58.67%(88/150)?26.67%(40/150) and 24%(36/150) respectively.Non-gonocoual urthritis rate was 21.33%(32/150).In the secondary infertility group: Ct ?UU and C t+UU positive rate was 50%(75/150)?30%(45/150) and 21.33%(32/150) respectively.Non-gonocoual urthritis rate was 20%(30/150).There is significant difference between groups,P0.001.HSG results showed that the rate of complete obstructive tube in the nocoual urthritis group is much higher than that in the Non-gonocoual urthritis(28.22%(70/248) vs?16.12%(10/62),as well as the rate of incomplete obstructive tube(51.61%(128/24)vs27.42%(17/62),(P0.05).Conclousions The infection of UU and Ct is the major pathogenic factor of tubal infertility. It is necessary to detect UU and Ct before infertile examination or uterine operation.
