Title: Analysis of Clinical Features of Patients with IgA Nephropathy Associated with Psoriasis Vulgaris
Abstract: Objective: To investigate the clinical and pathological features in patients with IgA nephropathy( IgAN) associated with psoriasis vulgaris. Method: 5 patients diagnosed as IgA nephropathy associated with psoriasis vulgaris in our hospital from January 2006 to December 2012 were included in the study,and the clinical manifestations,laboratory parameters and renal pathological features were analyzed. Result: There were four males and one female( more common in males),mean age50. 8 years. 5 patients were psoriasis vulgaris,and the duration between psoriasis and nephropathy was 1-30 years,the mean history of renal lesion was 28 months; 1 case show asymptamatic hematuria and( or) proteinuria,and,2 cases gross hematuria,1 case nephrotic syndrome and 1 case chronic nephritic syndrome,5 cases all showed no severe pathological manifestation and showed mild to moderate mesangal proliferative lesions and mesangial matrix increase slightly from light microscope. Conclusion: IgAN patients with psoirasis existed more common in males,and the patients presented hematuria and( or) proteinuria,nephrotic syndrome,Impaired renal tubular function,while showed mesangal proliferative lesions from light microscope.
