Title: Clinical Effectacy Analysis of Amiodarone on Congestive Heart Failure with Ventricular Arrhythmia
Abstract: Objective:To explore the clinical effect and the use of security of amiodarone on congestive heart failure and ventricular arrhythmia.Methods:76patients with congestive heart failure with ventricular arrhythmias hospitalized in our hospital during January 2010to December 2012were divided into treatment group(plus amiodarone therapy on the basis of the conventional anti-heart failure therapy)and control group(conventional anti-heart failure treatment).Antiarrhythmic and improving cardiac function in patients were observed after treatment in two groups, comparing heart rate, blood pressure, left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),the QT interval and adverse drug reactions. Results: Effectiveness of anti ventricular arrhythmias and improving cardiac function and LVEF in treatment group was significantly higher than in control group, the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).Heart rate,QT interval of the treatment group improved significantly compared with the control group, the difference was statistically significant too(P0.05).Adverse reactions of the two groups showed no significant difference(P0.05).Conclusion:Amiodarone in the treatment of congestive heart failure with ventricular arrhythmias is effective and safe.
