Title: Xuebijing Injection Combined with Magnesium Isoglycyrrhizinate Injection in Treatment of 30 Patients with Drug-induced Liver Injury
Abstract: Objective To investigate the curative effect and safety of Xuebijing injection combined with Magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate injection in treatment of drug-induced liver injury. Methods Sixty cases of drug-induced liver injury during October 2010 and October 2012 were randomly divided into treatment group( n = 30) and control group( n =30). All the patients in two groups received corresponding supporting therapy, and the control group was treated with Magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate injection; while the treatment group was given Xuebijing injection based on the treatment of control group. The two groups were treated for two weeks. Clinical curative effects, changes of liver function and adverse reactions in the two groups were observed. Results The total effective rate in treatment group was significantly higher than that in control group. After treatment, levels of alanine aminotransferase, aspartate aminotransferase and total bilirubin in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment, and the levels in treatment group was significantly lower than those of control group( P 0. 05,P 0. 01),and there were no adverse reactions in the two groups. Conclusion The effect of Xuebijing injection combined with Magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate injection in treatment of liver injury is better than that by using Magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate injection, and clinical symptoms can be relieved quickly.
