Title: Effect of Combined Red-Blue Light on IL-1 and IL-6、IL-8 in serum expression of acne vulgaris patients
Abstract: Objective To explore effect of Red-Blue Light on IL-1、IL-6、IL-8 expression of Acne vulgaris patients. Methods 95 patients with Acne vulgaris were devided randomly divided into 2groups,53 cases as experimental group were treated by Red-Blue Light combined with lsotrefinoin Erythromycin Gel and 42 cases as control group were treated by lsotrefinoin Erythromycin Gel. 24 healthy subjects served as normal controls.IL-1,IL-6,IL-8 level was determined by radioimmunity assay before and after the ciinical therapy. Results IL-1、IL-6、IL-8 in the patients with Acne vulgaris were significantly lower than that in healthy subjects(P0.01).There was significant difference in IL-1,IL-6,IL-8 between Acne vulgaris patients and healthy persons before treatment. There was significant difference after treatment(P0.01),and was higher than that in control group(P0.05). Conclusion Red-Blue Light therapy in patients with Acne vulgaris inhibited IL-1、IL-6、IL-8 expression, so as to achieve a therapeutic effect.
