Title: Synthesis of DIOP with Solid Hetero-polyacid Salt TiGeW_(12)O_(40)/TiO_2 as Catalyst
Abstract: DIOP was synthesized,in which hetero-polyacid salt TiGeW 12O 40/TiO 2 replaced strong sulphuric acid as catalyst.The effects of the mole ratio of reactants,reaction time,catalyst content,and the reuse of catalyst on the esterification process were studied.The results showed TiGeW 12O 40/TiO 2 had high catalytic activity,resulted in little by-product and no pollution.The optium conditions were that the reaction temperature was 130 ℃,reaction time 2h,n(alcohol)/n(acid anhydride) =2.75/1,and catalyst mass fraction 1.00%,with an esterification yield of 94.6%.
