Title: Observation on Application of Combined Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine to Treat Severe Acute Pancreatitis
Abstract: Objective:Integrative Medicine with conventional Western treatment alone on the effects of severe acute pancreatitis.Methods:48 patients with non-surgical patients with severe acute pancreatitis randomized control group with conventional therapy,Chinese and western medicine group were treated based on the use of Dachaihu T ang injected from the tube and closed tube 2~3h,day 2,7 to 10 days for a course of treatment.Results:48 cases 15 cases markedly effective in 28 cases,ineffective in 5 cases,the total effective Rate of 89.58%.Which binds to the treatment group than in the control group the effective rate(95.83%:83.33%,P0.05);with abdominal pain group than in the control group a short time(14.15d:27.13d,P0.05);rapid recovery of intestinal function(2.45d:5.17d,P0.05);Blood amylase resumed is shortened(4.53d:6.51d,P0.05);Hospitalization time shortened(22.32d:30.22d,P0.05);complications decreased(25.00%:54.17%,P0.05);mortality is low(4.17%:16.67%,P0.05).Conclusion:Compared with western medicine,integrative treatment of severe acute pancreatitis has a more significant effect.
